In her recent interview Jennifer Lopez shared;

“It’s a job – you’ve to buckle down. People used seeing me be kind of thickish, but when I started eating vegan, right away I dropped like 8-10 pounds.”

Reason #1 To Slim Down!

Beyonce and Jay Z have announced publicly that their desire is to lose weight in a healthy way.

Anne Hathaway famously lost 25 pounds for her role in “Les Miserables” and Catwoman and decided to become vegan because she felt so good.

That is probably a driving force behind many other mega stars who want to always look and feel confident, attractive and comfortable in their bodies… because beauty, a slim and sexy body and vitality are vital if you are looking for the next big role in Hollywood, the next executive position in the corporation or the well paid speaking gig in your career.

Reason #2 To Stay Healthy and Reverse Diseases!

Tia Mowry shared that one of the reasons she decided to change her lifestyle was because she was diagnosed with endometriosis.

Serena Williams was able to get back on the court and win Wimbledon being on a vegan diet for a year after being diagnosed with autoimmune conditions that could end her career.

When I was a child I saw animals being slaughter and that experience truly touched my heart and it was hard to forget. I read an article recently where Natalie Portman, Carrie Underwood, Emily Deschanel and Joaquin Phoenix talk about cutting meat out of their diet very early in their life after seeing their parents killing animal for food.

I’m so happy to be a part of the animal lovers movement and joining people like; Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, Alec Baldwin, Bryan Adams, Moby, Al Gore, Novak Djokovic, Serena Williams, and even Mike Tyson who changed their lifestyle because of their love not only to their furry friends at home but to all animals.
